This lawyer who is frequently talking in front of juries or other lawyers and business people, was seeking a cosmetic improvement. As a very severe grinder, he had worn down all of his teeth with a significant reduction in the height of his bite. Since we had to “guess” what his teeth originallyappeared, we made them to match his facial structure and lip line while opening his bite to create a more youthful appearance.

This Periodontist, who has provided expert care to our patients for many years, was ready to replace his severely worn dentition with new crowns and recreate his smile.
Many patients with a large diastema or space between their front teeth want a “better” look. Ms. D sought us out for that smile make-over, which would eliminate the large spacing between her two front teeth. In addition to closing the wide space, special anatomic shapes were used to make her very wide teeth that had now become even largerappear narrower. Needless to say, she is thrilled with her new smile.
Growing up with mottled teeth from extensive enamel erosion can be very frustrating. This young professional woman was very unhappy with how her teeth appeared when she communicated with those around her and how she appeared in photographs. With “simply radiant, simply natural” temporary crownscovering the discolorations, her self-consciousness was immediately eliminated. Now that she has received her new crowns, she is even more excited about her new smile.
Frequently, patients who show a great deal of gum tissue are dissatisfied with their presentation becauseof that “gummy” smile. To start the process, our technician fabricated very aesthetic temporary crowns to match to her lip line and facial pattern. After a very successful periodontal procedure to reduce the amount of gum tissue in her smile line to match to the temporary crowns, we were able to provide her with an instant smile make-over. Three months later, she had her new final crowns.
