Why our payment plans make more sense than being treated by a “plan” therapist:
- Insurance plans pay less than the cost of providing top quality restorations
- Your investment is intact with us, since our crowns last over 35 years
- We provide payment plans that fit within your budget so that you can make that long-term investment in high quality results
We understand that our patients have different financial situations, and to help ensure that each patient can afford the dental care he or she needs, we provide several flexible payment options to work within your budget.
Whether considering dental implant or cosmetic dentistry treatments, we encourage you to call our office and a member of our team will be glad to explain each option, in detail, and to help to determine which option is best suited for you.
For your convenience, we offer:
Payment Plans Short and Long-Term
Our office can provide payment plans individually tailored to the needs of each patient, both short and long term to help fit your budget.
A prepayment allowance is offered for certain prosthodontic cases, as presented in the treatment consultation.
Lending Club Patient Solutions
We are pleased to offer our patients a simple and affordable way to pay for your dental care, with Lending Club Patient Solutions. Interest rates are very competitive, and approvals are high, with usually fast decisions. Our patients can have the funding flexibility they need, with maximum loan amounts of $50,000 and the monthly term limit of up to 84 months. Extended Plans offered through Lending Club Patient Solutions provide some of the most flexible and lowest monthly payments.

Insurance companies have very different goals than their clients and providers. They are driven solely by the “bottom line” for their profits, whereas you are making an investment in high quality crowns that will return you at least a 300% return on your investment (our crowns, on average, last over 35 years vs the national average of 5-10 years).
Since insurance companies pay artificially low compensation based on fees from 15-25 years ago, we could not provide you with high quality crowns if we accepted their fee structure-and we do not compromise on quality. However, since most insurance policies have a $1,500-$2,500 annual limit, this is usually not as much as a factor, as you would expect.
Please note that, as a service to our patients, we make every effort to assure that your company properly reimburses you for our “out of network” services.
As a convenience for our patients with dental insurance, our office will submit the charges to your insurance carrier at no extra cost. We do ask that patients provide us with their dental insurance information card at or before their appointment.
The Insurance Process
For most restorative procedures, you will receive a 2-part form at the end of the visit; one for your receipt of payment and one for your submission to your insurance company.
For more extensive therapy, a Pre-Determination of Benefits is often submitted prior to treatment. We will assist you in completing this form which will list the proposed procedures. Your insurance company will then estimate the amount of benefit you will receive for the proposed procedures. Once treatment has been rendered, we will record the required completion date and provide forms for you to submit for reimbursement.
Payment Options: We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards.
We are a fully approved and accredited user of the Visa and MasterCard Health Care Program, allowing for Pre-Authorized monthly deductions for recurring charges for on-going treatment.
Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard and Discover

How Much Will My Procedure Cost?
In most instances, we will provide you with alternative treatment options, along with several financial payment plans. We will work with you to establish the plan and treatment time frame that works within your budget. The predominance of our patients are able to work the chosen treatment plan to fit within their budgets.
Our fees are determined by the complexity of the restorative procedure, and by the duration of the therapy. Fees for routine and restorative treatment are due at the time that the service is rendered. For extensive therapy, a payment plan that fits within your budget will be individually tailored to coincide with the duration of the treatment.
In most instances, we offer a pre-payment discount, when paid by check.
