Problem Solving your Care
Solutions for Dental Setbacks
Widely recognized as one of the best in solving difficult dental issues, we see patients daily in our office with treatments done elsewhere that have, unfortunately, gone awry. If you have had trouble with an implant, crown, cosmetic or restorative procedure, you needn’t suffer any longer. We welcome the challenge of returning you to good health and helping you achieve the aesthetics you deserve.
The Comprehensive Approach to Dental Care
Because we are accustomed to treating the most challenging of dental cases, we always apply the comprehensive approach to dental care in our office. The process starts with listening to your concerns, collecting data and, finally, formulating treatment alternatives. We “quarterback” your care, bringing in other top specialists such as Endodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons and Orthodontists as necessary to ensure that you have the best team to address your issue.
Patient Testimonial:
“Dr. Marlin is The Best! I was in pain and unable to chew on the left side of my mouth for 5 years… Multiple doctors told me I was just going to have to learn to live with the pain. I was referred to Dr. Marlin when issues arose fitting crowns to the four teeth with root canals and while trying to live with the pain. Dr. Marlin had consults with me and my husband. He listened to me. I can now chew anything and everything. I never thought I would eat nuts, pretzels, or anything hard again. Dr. Marlin changed my life. I am no longer mentally consumed with my pain. In addition, his office staff is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Marlin is pleasant and thorough. He will work with you always with your best interests in mind. I have zero reservations recommending Dr. Marlin to others.”

What does good dental work look like?
Case Study: Restoring a Failed Implant Reconstruction
This patient presented to us with a complete breakdown of his implant-supported reconstruction. Several implants were failing and the overlying restoration had fractured. In order to reconstruct his mouth, a Periodontist was enlisted as a co-therapist to work with Dr. Marlin, the Prosthodontist, for a team approach. The failing and broken implants were extracted by the Periodontist and the extraction sites then restored with bone grafting. Once the bone grafts had matured, Dr. Marlin placed four new implants using an ultra-precise, CT scan-generated surgical guide that allowed him to place each implant in thin bone at the best position relative to the remaining implants and the locations of the crowns. He then restored six implants from three different companies with a new reconstruction, restoring the patient’s natural smile with porcelain crowns and pink porcelain replicating the gingiva.
